Terms and Conditions
Effective August 25, 2026
These Terms govern access to Plyry and its advanced AI-generation tools, accounts, wallet credits, and related services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
2. Service and AI output
Plyry provides advanced AI-generation tools. Outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or subject to third-party rights. Features, models, prices, limits, and availability may change.
3. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit and grant Plyry a limited license to process it solely to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. You must have all rights and permissions needed for submitted content.
4. Acceptable use
Follow the Content & Safety Policy. Do not violate law or another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights; facilitate fraud or harm; impersonate deceptively; or disrupt, bypass, reverse engineer, or access the Service without authorization.
5. Wallet credits and payments
Prices are displayed before purchase or generation. Wallet top-ups are one-time purchases, are not bank deposits, have no cash value except where law requires, and may be used only for eligible Plyry services. Payment providers may process payment and fraud-prevention data.
6. Refunds and delivery
AI generations are digital services delivered electronically. Failed paid jobs are reviewed before a wallet return is performed manually. Other eligibility, request deadlines, and processing times are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Privacy and retention
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. A generated media file remains on Plyry’s server until an authenticated browser saves and verifies an on-device copy or the user deletes the generation. Plyry then deletes the server media file. If device storage or verification fails, the server file remains available. Deleting the media file does not delete the related prompt, transaction, safety, or job record; those records follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. Save outputs you wish to keep.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, security threats, legal requirements, nonpayment, or material risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plyry disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may revise these Terms and will identify the current version by its effective date. Mandatory consumer rights and the law and courts applicable to Plyry’s registered operator are not excluded by these Terms.
