Content & Safety Policy
Effective August 25, 2026
Plyry supports advanced creative AI generation. These rules protect users, rights holders, and the public and apply to prompts, uploads, outputs, sharing, and other use of the Service.
1. Illegal and harmful content
Do not create, upload, request, possess, or distribute content that exploits or sexualizes minors; depicts child sexual-abuse material; facilitates violence, trafficking, fraud, malware, or other crime; or is otherwise illegal.
2. Consent, privacy, and identity
Do not create or share non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, invasive surveillance, doxxing, or deceptive impersonation. Do not use another person’s image, voice, identity, or private information without the rights, authority, and consent required by law.
3. Rights and authenticity
Respect copyright, trademark, publicity, and other rights. Do not falsely present AI output as authentic evidence, mislead people about material provenance, or use the Service for manipulation, scams, or coordinated deception.
4. Safety enforcement
Plyry may block requests, restrict features, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse rewards, and report apparent illegal conduct when appropriate. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate termination.
5. Reporting and appeals
Report potentially illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or dangerous content with the relevant job or account reference and enough detail to investigate. Rights holders and affected people may request review or removal. Users may contact support to appeal an enforcement decision.
6. Safety contact
Send safety reports, removal requests, or appeals to hello@plyry.com.
